STANDARD SHIPMENTS USPS GROUND DELIVERY (3-21 DAYS) (Includes Insurance)
Shipping to all 50 states and U.S. Territories. Shipping time via U.S.P.S. is 3 to 21 days from shipment date. Orders sent to the East Coast and Northeast as well as Southeast will take from 12 to 21 days by Standard Surface Ground. Orders shipped to the West Coast as well as Southwest or Northwest will take from 12 to 21 days. Engines and igniters are permitted (No hazardous materials surcharge).

Shipping via Express Mail, OVERNIGHT AIR DELIVERY is available at customer's expense. Please call (618)398-3972 to place an order for next-day delivery. (No engines or igniters are permitted). Insurance included.
UPS GROUND SHIPPING
UPS Ground Shipping is available to all customers in the United States (except Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories and Post Office boxes) One to five business days delivery. (No engines or igniters are permitted.) You will be billed actual shipping cost incurred after shipment takes place. Please call (618)398-3972 to arrange UPS Ground Shipping.
ORDERS SHIPPED TO A FOREIGN COUNTRY
Orders being shipped to a foreign country must include a postal money order for payment and a flat postage rate of 20% of the retail value of the order.
Notes. Rocket Engines and Igniters CANNOT be shipped to (1) an A.P.O. box (2) an F.P.O. box (3) a foreign country.
“E” Size Engines CANNOT BE SHIPPED VIA United States Postal Service. Therefore, We do not Stock them.
We will never substitute items on your order. If we are temporarily out of an item you have ordered, please indicate whether you want a (1) Refund (2) Credit Due (3) Substitution.
National Association of Rocketry (N.A.R.) members are requested to enclose your I.D. # on your order form.
Our catalog of CUSTOM & ESTES items is FREE. ONE PER CUSTOMER PLEASE (More available upon request). Foreign country customers-Please send $7.00. All catalog requests must be made in writing and sent to us by mail. NO PHONE OR FAX REQUESTS PLEASE.
